Before you email one of us, please make sure your question hasn't already been answered. Make sure to search the Forums. If that doesn't help, then you can try the Chatrooms or the Wiki. Please try these locations before emailing us. We don't have all the time in the world to answer basic gameplay questions that can easily be answered in the chat room or forums. We all know how tempting it is just to goto the top, but we just do not have the time to respond to every 'Where do I find Pikachu?' email we get.

If you still insist on emailing us, then be aware that we hold the right to not respond to emails that we feel can be appropriatly answered elsewhere. While we will do our best to assist everyone, please try to assist yourself first. Please do not send us emails telling us to look at threads or similar. We will get to them when we can. If we haven't already, there's probably a very good reason for it.
